Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website medsnmore.in, related pages, and any associated online services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by MedsNMore (“MedsNMore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). MedsNMore is an online pharmacy service intended for customers in India.

By browsing, registering, placing an order, uploading a prescription, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, as updated from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Important: These Terms are provided for general informational and contractual clarity. They are not legal advice. We recommend that you obtain independent legal review of these Terms before relying on them as a final compliance document for your organisation or personal circumstances.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • “Account” means a registered user profile on the Platform.
  • “Products” means medicines, healthcare goods, personal care items, devices, and other items listed for sale on the Platform.
  • “Prescription Medicines” or “Rx Products” means Products that may be dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner, as required under applicable Indian law.
  • “OTC Products” means Products that may generally be sold without a prescription, subject to applicable labelling and regulatory requirements.
  • “Order” means a request to purchase Products submitted through the Platform.
  • “Services” means the Platform’s browsing, ordering, prescription-upload, payment facilitation, customer support, and related features.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may require you to confirm acceptance at checkout, account creation, or prescription upload. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Certain features may be subject to additional terms displayed at the point of use (for example, offer rules or payment gateway terms). Those additional terms form part of your agreement with MedsNMore for the relevant feature.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform and place Orders, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India;
  • you will use the Platform only for lawful personal or household purposes, or other purposes expressly permitted by us;
  • you will provide accurate information, including delivery address and contact details within India; and
  • you will not use the Platform if you have been previously suspended or barred by MedsNMore.

We may refuse service, cancel Orders, or restrict Accounts where we reasonably believe eligibility requirements are not met, or where use may violate law or these Terms.

4. Account registration and security

Some features require an Account. When you register, you agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account.

You agree to:

  • use a strong password and not share it with others;
  • notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
  • not create Accounts through automated means or under another person’s identity without authority; and
  • not maintain multiple Accounts for the purpose of abusing offers, returns, or payment methods.

We may verify your mobile number, email address, or identity where reasonably required for security, prescription fulfilment, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that appear compromised, inactive for extended periods, or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Prescription medicines and Rx upload rules

Certain Products on MedsNMore may be dispensed only against a valid prescription. Where an Order includes Prescription Medicines, you must upload a clear, legible copy of a valid prescription (or provide it through another channel we specify) before we can process and dispatch those items.

5.1 What we generally expect in a prescription upload

Without limiting applicable law, a prescription upload should typically allow our licensed pharmacy team to verify, as applicable: patient name and basic identifiers; medicine name, strength, and dosage directions; date of issue; and details of the registered medical practitioner (such as name, registration particulars, and signature or other authenticating mark). Blurry, cropped, edited, incomplete, or unreadable files may be rejected.

5.2 Verification and dispensing

  • Orders for Rx Products are subject to verification by a registered pharmacist associated with MedsNMore’s licensed pharmacy operations.
  • We may contact you for clarification, request a clearer copy, or ask for additional documentation before dispensing.
  • We may refuse to dispense, partially fulfil, or cancel an Order (or the Rx portion of an Order) if the prescription appears invalid, expired for the intended course, inconsistent with the requested Products, or otherwise non-compliant.
  • Quantities dispensed will generally not exceed what is reasonably supported by the prescription and applicable professional judgement.
  • If you upload a prescription on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so and to share that person’s health-related information with us for fulfilment purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Substitutions

Unless you instruct otherwise and subject to applicable rules and pharmacist judgement, we do not automatically substitute Prescription Medicines. If a Product is unavailable, we may cancel that line item, offer an alternative with your consent where appropriate, or refund the affected amount in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Schedule H / H1 awareness (high-level; not legal advice)

Under Indian drug regulations, certain medicines are classified in schedules that restrict retail sale. In broad terms (and without providing legal advice):

  • Schedule H medicines are generally intended to be sold by retail only on the prescription of a registered medical practitioner.
  • Schedule H1 medicines are subject to additional controls (including documentation and record-keeping expectations for licensed sellers) and are not to be treated as ordinary OTC purchases.

MedsNMore aims to support compliant dispensing through prescription collection, pharmacist review, and related controls. Listing a Product on the Platform does not mean it can be sold without a prescription if law requires one. You must not attempt to obtain restricted medicines without a valid prescription, reuse another person’s prescription without authority, or alter prescription images.

This section is a general awareness note only. Classification, labelling, and sale conditions depend on the specific Product and applicable Drugs and Cosmetics rules and notifications. For medical decisions, consult a qualified healthcare professional; for legal interpretation, consult a qualified lawyer.

7. Product information and accuracy

Product descriptions, compositions, images, usage notes, and related content on the Platform are provided for general information and shopping convenience. We endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, but manufacturers may change formulations, packaging, or packaging artwork; third-party data sources may lag; and display errors can occur.

You acknowledge that:

  • images are illustrative and may not always match the exact pack you receive;
  • always read the physical pack insert and labels supplied with the Product;
  • content on the Platform is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or personalised medical advice; and
  • if you notice a material discrepancy between the Platform listing and the Product received, contact us promptly so we can assist under our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Pricing, MRP, and offers

Prices are generally displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Where applicable, we may show MRP, discounted price, taxes, and estimated charges before you confirm an Order. Final payable amounts (including delivery charges, platform fees if any, and taxes) will be summarised at checkout.

Offers, coupons, cashback-style benefits, and promotional pricing are subject to stated conditions, stock availability, and fraud checks. We may modify or withdraw offers at any time. Misuse of coupons (including sharing restricted codes, creating multiple Accounts, or automated bulk ordering) may result in cancellation of the Order and/or Account restrictions.

Despite our efforts, pricing mistakes can occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or refuse the Order (or the affected line item) before dispatch and refund any amount already collected for that item. We are not obliged to sell Products at an erroneous price.

9. Orders and acceptance

Placing an Order is an offer to purchase. An Order is accepted when we confirm acceptance (for example, by order confirmation and/or progressing the Order to processing/dispatch), subject to prescription verification, stock availability, payment authorisation, address serviceability, and compliance checks.

We may decline, cancel, or partially fulfil an Order if, among other reasons:

  • a Product is out of stock or recalled;
  • prescription verification fails or is incomplete;
  • payment fails, is reversed, or appears fraudulent;
  • the delivery address is incomplete, outside serviceable areas, or appears unsafe/unverifiable;
  • requested quantities appear abnormal or inconsistent with personal use;
  • we reasonably suspect misuse of the Platform or violation of law; or
  • force majeure or operational constraints prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel after payment, we will initiate a refund of the applicable amount in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and payment partner timelines.

10. Payments

We may offer payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or cash on delivery (COD), depending on availability for your location and Order type. Payment processing for online methods is typically handled by third-party payment service providers. MedsNMore does not store full card numbers on its own servers when payments are processed through such gateways.

You agree that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment instrument;
  • you will provide accurate billing information;
  • COD Orders may be subject to verification, value limits, or conversion to prepaid in higher-risk scenarios; and
  • failed, incomplete, or disputed payments may delay or cancel fulfilment.

Chargebacks and payment disputes should first be raised with our support team with Order details so we can investigate. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to Account restrictions.

11. Delivery overview

Delivery timelines, serviceable pincodes, shipping charges, tracking, failed-delivery reattempts, temperature-sensitive handling, and related logistics rules are described in our Shipping Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Dispatch of Prescription Medicines may be delayed until prescription verification is complete. You are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and contact number. Risk and title in Products generally pass as described in the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

12. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligibility for returns, replacements, cancellations before dispatch, and refund timelines are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Medicines and healthcare Products are often subject to stricter return rules than general e-commerce goods (for example, opened packs, cold-chain items, and certain personal-care Products). Please review that policy before ordering.

13. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including procuring medicines without required prescriptions;
  • upload forged, altered, or another person’s prescriptions without authority;
  • resell Products sourced from MedsNMore in an unauthorised commercial manner;
  • interfere with Platform security, scrape content at scale without permission, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • harass staff, delivery partners, or other users, or submit abusive content;
  • misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, or medical credentials;
  • use the Platform to threaten public health or safety, or to distribute false or misleading health claims as fact; or
  • violate any applicable law of India, including consumer, drugs, and information-technology related laws.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action including Order cancellation, Account suspension, reporting to authorities, and pursuing available legal remedies.

14. Intellectual property

The Platform and its contents—including branding, logos, layout, text, graphics, software, compilation of product catalogues, and trademarks—are owned by MedsNMore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for personal, non-commercial use as needed to browse and place Orders, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Platform materials without prior written consent.

Product names and manufacturer marks appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification of Products offered for sale.

15. User content

If you submit reviews, feedback, prescription images, support messages, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your rights in that content, but you grant MedsNMore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and process such User Content as needed to operate the Platform, fulfil Orders, improve Services, comply with law, and (for reviews/feedback you choose to publish) display them on the Platform.

You represent that your User Content:

  • is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • does not infringe third-party rights;
  • does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material; and
  • for prescriptions and health information, is submitted only with appropriate authority and for fulfilment/support purposes.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Handling of personal and health-related data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Medical disclaimer

MedsNMore is an online pharmacy and e-commerce Platform. Content on the Platform—including product information, blog posts, search suggestions, and FAQs—is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other licensed health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, medicine, or therapy.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Platform. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest appropriate healthcare facility immediately. Pharmacist review for dispensing does not create a doctor–patient relationship or replace clinical consultation.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MedsNMore and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Products, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the above, and except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (including applicable consumer protection provisions), MedsNMore’s total aggregate liability arising out of any Order or claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to MedsNMore for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedsNMore and its officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Platform or Products; (c) your violation of applicable law; (d) unauthorised use of your Account; or (e) User Content you submit, including prescription uploads made without proper authority.

19. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request Account closure subject to completion of pending Orders and legal retention requirements. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, cancel pending Orders, or refuse service, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, posed a security or compliance risk, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Platform or a feature.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. Where a specific city of exclusive jurisdiction is required for operational reasons, MedsNMore may update this section to name the competent courts; until then, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the concern amicably and promptly.

21. Force majeure

MedsNMore will not be liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, power or internet outages, courier disruptions, governmental actions, or supply-chain failures.

22. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we post revisions. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

23. Contact

For questions about these Terms, Orders, or Account issues, contact MedsNMore:

For privacy-specific requests, please see our Privacy Policy and use the contact method stated there.

24. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MedsNMore regarding the Platform, superseding prior conflicting understandings on the same subject.
  • No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a reorganisation, merger, or sale of assets.
  • Language. These Terms are prepared in English. If translated, the English version prevails in case of conflict, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Third-party links. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

These Terms are an original MedsNMore policy document prepared for the Platform. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel familiar with Indian pharmacy, consumer, and e-commerce regulations before being treated as final legal advice or a compliance certification.
